What I’ve noticed most is improved focus during the day and a calmer, more relaxed feeling in the evening. It doesn’t make me drowsy, but it definitely seems to help me “wind down” without feeling sluggish. Bonus: it hasn’t upset my stomach at all, which has been a problem for me with some other forms of magnesium.
