Efficacy of turmeric extracts and curcumin for alleviating the symptoms of joint arthritis: a systematic review and meta analysis of randomized clinical trials

This systematic review and meta analysis examined randomized controlled trials evaluating curcumin and turmeric extract supplementation on joint pain, stiffness, and physical function in adults with joint inflammation and arthritis. Eight RCTs were included in the analysis.
