These are the real deal! I am an avid user of these, and was happy to find them for such a good price!The packaging is smaller which means less plastic, which is always nice. These pills don't seem to smell as bad as others I've tried, also a plus.I have used several and they seem to have all of the same qualities of Omega-3 gel caps, which is great!Highly recommend for the price!

I was unsure of getting omega 3 from a mammal, since I've always heard that the best omega 3 comes from fatty fish. I did some research and there's a lot of information regarding this subject, so I decided to order it and test it.One of the first things that makes this product attractive is the fact it has a Canadian NPN. It means that a minimum quality standard is followed to produce it. Second, you do not have to worry about the future of the Canadian Harp seals. These caplets are made from certified sustainable sources.The product itself seems of good quality. There's no fishy/oily aftertaste and it is very easy to swallow, compared with its counterparts that come in much, much larger caplets. The effectiveness seems to be similar to fish oil omega 3. As I said before, I have been taking omega 3 for a long time and I notice some changes if I stop taking it. Since I made the switch to this seal oil omega 3, I have not notice any worsening of my condition or my general wellbeing so I can attest of its effectiveness.In my particular taste, I prefer the regular size capsules and take one, once a day. I am trying to get used to taking these ones twice a day but I'm not really a fan of the split. It is a matter of personal taste, not a flaw of the product itself.All in all, even though I found it a bit pricy, I think this is a good product, Canadian and from sustainable sources. You get a 300-cap supply for the price, with a recommended dose of 2 to 4 caps (I would recommend the lower end of that range). The capsules are tasteless and easy to wash down.

These omega supplements from Advanced Omega comes in a jar of 300 softgels. I find these gels to be a good size for swallowing , and the recommended dosage is 2 to 4 softgels a day. The softgels does not have an aftertaste as long as you can just swallow them. I have been taking Omega supplements for many years and this one is a decent alternative since it is made in Canada. The current price of $26 CAD decent for the a made in Canada product.
