Recommended Use:

Recommended Dose:
Adults: 1 serving ( 1 teaspoon=5g) per day.
Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid(water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have liver or kidney disease or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet.
Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.

Q: When Should I Use This Product?

A: Probably the most well known use of BCAAs is to assist in muscle growth. If you are working out with the intention of increasing muscle strength/mass, BCAAs can be a great addition to a healthy diet. BCAAs are also thought to reduce muscle soreness after a work out. Another time you may consider adding in BCAAs would be if you are not consuming sufficient total protein or variety of protein sources.

Q: Who Can Benefit?

A: Generally BCAAs are found to be safe for most people in average doses taken orally. Currently there isn’t enough information avaialble to determine safety for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Staying within the amounts found in food would likely be the best approach for pregnant or breastfeeding women as well as young children. Side effects such as fatigue, loss of coordination, and stomach problems such as nausea, diarrhea and bloating are uncommon when using appropriate doses.
