What is Noni?
Noni or Indian Mulberry, the fruit of the Morinda Citrifolia tree, is native to Southeast Asia, Australia, India, and the Pacific Islands. Historically, noni used as one of the important ingredients in traditional cuisine, and medicine.
Traditional healers in the Pacific Islands have been using noni for centuries as a general wellness tonic to cure almost any ailment. It had been used for colds, flu, diabetes, anxiety, and high blood pressure, as well as for depression and anxiety. All plant parts are used for a variety of illnesses in Samoan culture, and noni is one of the most frequently used Hawaiian plant medicines.
