At Nutridom.ca, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer a worry free 30 day return window on most products purchased directly from our website.

Returns for Unopened Products

If your item is unopened and you’d like to return it within 30 days of receiving it:

  1. Email us at support@nutridom.ca

  2. Include your order number, product name, and the reason for return

  3. Once we receive the product, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment

Returns for Opened or Tried Products

If you’ve opened or tried a product and aren’t satisfied, we’re still here to help.

  1. Email support@nutridom.ca with your order number, product name, and a brief explanation of why you were dissatisfied

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Nutridom.ca Gift card within 7–10 business days

Lost or Misplaced Packages

We want every customer to receive their order smoothly. If your package is lost, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Once we complete a review with the courier, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Resolution Options

  • Free Reshipment of the original products, OR

  • Nutridom Gift Card equal to the value of your order.

Note: Packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address are not eligible for monetary refunds but may still qualify for reshipment or store credit at our discretion.

Store Pickup Order Cancellations

Cancellation Within 2 Hours

If you cancel your pickup order within 2 hours of placing it, the payment will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Cancellation After 2 Hours

Pickup orders cancelled after 2 hours of purchase are eligible for a Nutridom Gift Card equal to the full value of the order.
Refunds to the original payment method will not be available after this period because the order has already been prepared for pickup.
