• Service Provider: All orders are dispatched using Canada Post's Expedited service.
• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping for all orders exceeding $55 CAD, calculated after any discounts and before taxes.
• Shipping Fees: For orders below $55 CAD (after discounts and before taxes), a non-refundable fee of $9.98 CAD applies.
• Shipping Time: While we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Being based in North York, Ontario, shipments within Ontario generally arrive faster.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
• Remote Locations: For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional shipping times and fees may apply. We will contact you if this is the case.
