SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

• Service Provider: All orders are dispatched using Canada Post's Expedited service.
• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping for all Canadian orders exceeding $55 CAD, calculated after any discounts and before taxes.
• Shipping Fees: For orders below $55 CAD (after discounts and before taxes), a non-refundable fee of $9.98 CAD applies.
• Shipping Time: While we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location in Canada. Being based in North York, Ontario, shipments within Ontario generally arrive faster.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
• Remote Locations: For remote or hard-to-reach areas in Canada, additional shipping times and fees may apply. We will contact you if this is the case.

RETURNS:

General Guidelines:

• We welcome returns for any reason within 90 days of purchase.
• If you're unsatisfied with your order from Nutridom.ca, please contact us with your order details.

Unopened Products:

2. Provide your order number, product name, and a brief reason or a photo of the product.
3. For unopened products, there's no need to physically return the item. Upon verification, a refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Opened Products:

1. Email us at ecommerce@davidhealthfood.com.
2. Share your order number, product name, and reason for dissatisfaction.
3. Once the return is approved, you'll receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
