Korea Shipping & Customs Clearance Information

All orders shipped to South Korea must have the shipping address entered in Korean.

The recipient’s name, Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), and phone number are mandatory fields, and all three must match exactly.
If the information does not match, customs clearance delays or delivery failure may occur.

After entering the full shipping address correctly, the field to enter the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) will automatically appear.

Departure Schedule: Every Wednesday and Saturday

Once customs clearance is completed, the shipment will be handed over to Korea Post for final delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 5–10 business days
