Damiana (Turnera diffusa, Leaf) 100 mg (8 : 1, QCE 800 mg)
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, Herb top) 125 mg (4 : 1, QCE 500 mg)
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, Herb top) 75 mg (8 : 1, QCE 600 mg)
L-5-HTP (5-Hydroxy-L-tryptophan, Griffonia simplicifolia – Seed) 50 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, Root and rhizome) 200 mg (8 : 1, QCE 1.6 g)
GABA (gamma-Aminobutyric acid, Laminaria japonica – Whole) 25 mg
L-Theanine (Camellia sinensis – Leaf) 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Hypromellose (Vegetable capsule shell)

Recommended Dose:
Adults: 2 Capsules 1 time per day

Take 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serononergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, Sadenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John’s wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience any of the following symptoms within a few hours after taking this product: changes in mental state such as restlessness or confusion, increased health rate, enlarged pupils, loss of muscle coordination, sweating, shivering and/or gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Contraindications:
Do not use this product if you have scleroderma.

Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.

Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
